A click we cannot verify is never counted and never billed — in free mode there is nothing to bill, and the judgment is identical either way. ## Clicks to boards 3 clicks 2 verified 1 not counted Every ad sourced from a leaderboard reads “Ad · via {board}” and links back to it. These are the visits that link has sent, judged by exactly the same rules as a click on the product. They are counted **for the board** and never as a product click, anywhere. Two kinds of click, two tables, two figures — adding them together would flatter the row above. ## What the network is made of 21 accounts 19 sites running units 17 ads in the library 5 boards Accounts is every account. The other three count what is live right now — a retired ad is not in the library, and a paused site is not drawing from it. 6,055 page views on this site Views, not visitors: counting visitors means telling one reader from another, and we don’t. Advertisers get reach and a public page proving it. The working ## How this page is counted Every figure on this page is read from the database on the request that drew it. Press one and this pane says how it is counted, which table it comes from, and what it leaves out. What we keep about a click `ts` when it happened `ad_id` which ad `site_id` which site served it `ip_hash` sha256 of a daily salt and the address. The salt is purged after two days, so an old hash cannot be reversed by anyone, us included. `ua_family` a browser and an operating system, like Firefox on macOS.
